Today we visited the Chelsea Physics Garden, this garden is considered to be a place apart from city life, visitor visit gardens to relax, to love, to play, to study, to talk, to exercise.

I aim to design an installation which would surprise the visitor, and I aim to use low-price lighting. I would also consider looking into the surrounding, such as the plants, and trees.

I might possibly design an installation base on the inner cell structure of specific plants, moreover structures I found eye-catching in this garden.

My aim is to provide a sense of relaxation, allow the visitor to think of the growth of the plants and the growing process, in order to credit the hard work of the people who constantly take care of them.

“Light Touch” means engaging with existing site conditions, low-cost, not disruptive to the normal running of the Chelsea Physic Garden. It should also be present in a low-risk condition to the public and employees.

We are fortunately given a short talk on some basic details of this secret garden, this is a place with high privacy, where each plant had a story behinds it

One of the biggest concern of the garden is helping those delicate plants to get through tough weather such as winter. Over years, this garden made loss of plants, deal with the cold winter.

The aim of this garden is to provide 100% privacy, provide mental medication for visitors

Visitors for this garden range from celebrities to local resident, the visitors love the leaflet provided within the garden and mostly enjoy having coffee by themselves. Sometimes this garden would be hired for a private party, most likely because of the bricks walk surrounding the garden given the sense of privacy and for educational purpose.

It is important for children, who had not seen those plants before to learn and see them in real life, more importantly, to learn the historical side of them.

The roses and chocolates are the ionic of this garden according for the gardeners. As well as the logo of the garden which is inspired by the garden.

Mental research, how plants or art helps, which kind of design would work or not.
